Electric Wire Rope Hoists

Premium quality electric wire rope hoists have strongly fabricated frame. This frame is made from robust and high quality steel. These frames offer perfect base for wire rope hoists. These hoists use special rope drums that are manufactured using mild steel plates or seamless pipes and are further machined and grooved at working surface accurately to receive the wire rope in a single layer.

These rare quality electric wire rope hoist drums are supported by anti friction ball/roller bearings. A sturdy, specially designed rope guide is provided to guide the wire ropes in correct grooves while lifting and lowering. Our wire rope electric hoist use totally enclosed, oil bath lubricated gear boxes, which are machined out from EN-9/EN-24 steel and teethed on precision bobbing machines. These gear boxes hence offer high durability and reliability. Externally mounted electro magnetic brakes work instantly and provide very flexible reliability.

Electric wire rope hoists also make the job easy and save a lot of handling time. These specially designed wire rope motors are fan cooled and completely enclose high power motors. These motors are specially designed to offer high starting torque and are built as per ISS : 325. We use motors manufactured by reputed companies like NGEF, ABB, BBL, CROMPTON, etc. These hoists are compactly designed, which makes them very easy to maintain.
